My daughter is 20 month old and she is suffering from fever and I go suddenly medical shop and buy medicine for her.
And medical owner give
1) Mictal plus (paracetamol 125 mg and mefenamic acid 50 mg)
2) Evoxil- CV dry syrup (amoxicilin and potassium clavulnate 228.5 mg)
And prescription 2 ml both syrup thrice in a day.
My baby's body weight 10 to 12 kg.
Please suggest exact dosage and best medicine for
Fever.

I would not suggest using an antibiotic and Mictal plus. Fever in a 20-month-old can be from multiple different causes. Considering her age I think it is better to talk to a physician in person that way more history can be obtained, to Help with appropriate treatment
