  4. Fever only during midnight. Watery eyes!

Fever only during midnight
Fever seems to come only during midnight.Yesterday midnight he had 103 temperature and we gave Ibugesic syrup and there was no fever until today midnight he has 100 fever.He also has cough,cold and watery eyes
