Fever on and off
My baby is having fever on and off for past 7 days, his main concern is severe cold due to allergy and we are using alerid, augmentin dds and p250 so far. We did blood work and urine all reports looks normal, we want to know what could be reason for fever over a week or we should do any additional tests since fever is staying less than 100 degrees C and he's active and food intake is also fine.

Fever is called when temp is above 100F in the armpit, to be precise 100.4 F. Blood reports can come normal or may not show that much changes if you have started antibiotics like augmentin DDS before doing blood reports. For this low grade temp, encourage more liquids like ors, lemon water, coconut water or simple water etc Liquids will keep the child hydrated, avoid this low grade temp and increase the interval between 2 fever spikes.
