Fever of unknown origin
Fever of unknown origin. 48 yr male from 6 months. All infectious tests done, Rheumatologist consulted. Still no diagnosis. Please do not suggest tests, because all done including lever function, stool, urine cultures . TB, typhoid , hiv other STDs , WRIGHT , eipstein barr etc. ESR high 58, CRP 16. Anemic , hv is 19 CT abdominal, pelvic etc , thyroid echo , X-ray jaw . Echo heart done, everything normal. No rheumatoid markers found.

If lymphnodes are there, biopsy need to be taken.And also Bone Marrow examination.
