Unknown Fever. Should also be tested?

Around 40 days back I had fever and problem with fan air for which I took antibiotics for 5 days and fever resolved but fan intolerance still persists, after around 10 days mild (99-100) fever came again took medicines and its gone except fan intolerance. On 3rd April again mild fever arrived with burning sensation in spinal cord, got my blood tested it was bacterial infection and doctor prescribed antibiotics for 5 days, again fever resolved with antibiotics but fan intolerance didn't completely. Now from last 2 days I m having light fever feeling, light burning sensation in spinal cord while sleeping and problem with fan air. Blood( CBC, Thyroid, Sgot, Sgpt, lipid profile, MP etc) and Urine got tested but nothing was found wrong. Can someone suggest what could be wrong or if there is something which should also be tested ?
