Unknown fever 99to 99.8
Widal 1:160 ,fever in between 99 to 99.8 antibiotics taken gudcef,azithromycin,moxinow,rifagut for 14 days,after that widal o&h 1:40 but fever pattern is same, thyroid normal,BP normal,smear for mp negative,CRP 6,esr 25,trb 6.3mill,platelet count 1.65 lks,pcv 60,chest x-ray normal, Mantoux normal,typidot igg &igm negative,us abdomen normal,2 days back doxycycline antibiotics course completed but fever pattern is same ,blood culture report came today it is negative no bacteria seen in culture,fever in morning at 9am it is 99 at afternoon in between 99.4 to 99.8 ,evening after9 pm it is 98.6, from 2 months,doctors pls guide me what is the problem
