My daughter is 6 months old and she has a fever for the last 6 hours. We checked the temperature and it is 100.2 degrees. Please suggest if we should give her paracetamol drops and if yes how much and what should be the frequency?

U can give paracetamol drops 1ml BD(two times a day )
Also give four times a day if fever come
