Hi doctor, my baby (22 months old) has fever 99.5 from morning and no other symptoms like cough, cold or runny nose. Can I give normal paracetamol ( calpol 120 mg) or should I visit doctor. What is the safe temperature range for baby, when should I consult if temperature rise. Please help me I'm little panic.

Hi, You can give CALPOL. But baby's weight is not mentioned
Can you send the weight so that appropriate dosage can be given
Can sponge entire body with slight warm water too to decrease fever
Can wait for 1to 2 days
If fever is persisting more than 2 days better to see a doctor
If temperature is more Than 100 F, is called fever
