Fever not reduced since 28th march
Fever since 28th March. Taken meftal 2.5 ml thrice a day. Zyrcold 1.5 ml morning n night. Bactoclav DS 457 2.5 ml morning n night.. fever since yesterday is 101 degrees even though meftal is taken

Continue same medication Looks like antibiotics have been added lateron Give some time And do cold sponging
Next Steps
if fever doesn't subside get blood and urine test done
