Fever not going Down, RT PCR negative
I have low grade fever from 24th April, and took Dolo650, on 27th when the fever did not broke I consulted the doctor who advised covid test and covid related medicine like Doxy 100, Ivermectin to take as additional. My RT PCR came negative but my fever has yet not broken even I have lost sense of smell. I am in home isolation, is this kind of prolonged fever common in Covid

In a few cases RTPCR test can be negative inspite of having covid 19, there may be technical/sampling/viral load issues. There are secondary measures to detect CO ID 19 infection to check whether it is significantly involving lungs or the entire system. For that doctor need to have details
