Fever not getting down

Question

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My brother have fever from Friday evening he is stays in Delhi. He have severe headache along with fever and no other thing like cough cold and neausea. He tried combination of of ibugesic plus with mox 250 and crocin with mox but nothing benefited. Pls help.

firstly do not have any medicines without consulting a doctor. he seems to be having a viral infection, ask him to drink atleast 3-4 litres of water and take rest. have easily digestable food on time. take dolo650 for fever.
