My daughter is 2 yrs & 3 mnths old. She was suffering from fever since a week. Blood & Urine test told no signs of viral & infection
Everyting got right bt nw every night she s getting fever if paracetamol is given dn she ll be ok. But as i understood giving paracetamol for a longer time hs gt sum side effects
