FEVER N VOMITING
High fever n vomiting. I have given winmol for fever n Domi for vomit. Both medicine was given by Dr. a month back. Constipation is another pain point. Kindly advise

Can continue both the medicines and watch for response, if fever persists or child becomes lethargic immediately contact a pediatrician. Milk is the main culprit For constipation in these children try not to give Milk more than 1 time/day and add curd, fruits, vegetables in diet. Can give syp looz for few days to relieve constipation.
