  3. Fever n cold/cough. Be good to take?

Fever n cold/cough
I am having fever for past couple of days and also suffering from cough n cold. I am taking paracetamol but no recovery. I believe I need to take some antibiotics. Can anyone suggest which one would be good to take?

Hello der viral fever should be ruled out you need to be examined consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
