Whats dose gap duration between 2 doses of meftal forte syrup . I am asking for my. 4 year old son.

Meftal forte has Mefenamilc acid and Paracetamol.
If your child has high fever you can give Meftal forte syrup 8 hourly. If it is only for pain you may give it 12 hourly.
