Fever- kindly please suggest
Hi Doctor, my husband is suffering from fever since yesterday morning. We have given Dr plo 650 but still not reduced his fever.
He is having body pains.
Once he vomited yesterday.
He is having headache.
Now my daughter of 4 years also got fever since last night. I have giver pediatric paracetamol . But fever not reduced .
Kindly please let me know what blood test needs to be done for both.
Is there any blood test from that I can know about dengue, malaria ,typhoid,etc.
Kindly please suggest.

Please get Blood CBC done for both of them and consult with a General Physician on Practo with the report.

normally viral fever last for few more days and the fever it's spreads to the family members as well those who are around and it takes normally 4 to 5 days

under today's circumstances you can wait for 3 days and give the proper dosage of paracetamol for adult as well as the children.
if the dose is less the fever doesn't not come down after three days if the fever doesn't subside then perhaps you need to visit doctor and he will advise what test to do
