Fever is not reducing
I am suffering from fever since yesterday. I took paracetamol 650. But after 4-5 hours fever is coming again. What should I do

Do some blood test like malaria dengue typhoid. Took paracetamol 500mg three times a day. Review with reports.

Hello taking Paracetomol 640 will reduce fever for 4-5 hours only . You will be required to start antibiotics , vitamins depends on what other symptoms you are facing apart from fever ...like do u have headache , throat pain , vomitting feeling or burning in urine . Please send your complete list of problems you are facing and I can advise medicines
