  4. Fever is not going down. Should we do?

Fever is not going down
We have taken 6 weeks vaccination yesterday. But fever is not going down even after giving paracetamol. We are giving her 0.5 ml for every 6 hours. It's taking 2 hrs to come to 100 and again reading above 101 after 1hr. What should we do

Do tepid sponging and also give feeding (maintain hydration ) give calpol drops
