Fever in toddler
My son is 2 yr old, 14.6 kg. He has been having fever on and off ever since we came back from our trip overseas. Due to fever he is weak, sleepy and cranky. Kindly suggest if it is anything serious like dengue or malaria.

Off fever is continuously coming for more than 5 days,should be investigated.
If not continuous,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
