Fever, hedache dizziness and weakness

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am having fever from past 2 days with unbearable headache and throat pain. I am taking below antibiotics as suggested by family doc.fever is gone but I am facing dizziness and vomit type feeling all day. Please suggest what could be the problem.is it is due to medication? Or anything else. Med: monocef 200 Montec LC Sinarest. Age26, F
