Stop combiflam,Isolate yourself, monitor your symptoms, if temperature is 99.7and above take plain paracetamol 650mg once,. since your symptoms are there from one week certain blood tests are required to know why you are getting fever, it can be because of viral or bacterial.. you can consult online for further advice.
