Hello. I have fever from this morning 99 c And no body pain no cough So I need to go for covid test??? As weather change here... And yesterday I sleep in high ac .. Plz help...

Please do temperature charting. If temperature is more than 100, then take paracetamol 650 mg Keep an eye on other symptoms such as runny nose, cough, breathing issues, loss of smell and taste, diarrhoea, buring of urine etc. For the time being, Covid testing is not required. Practice hand hygiene.
