Fever From last 3 days
My 3 year daughter having fever from last 3 days.faver is approx 100.i am giving imol syrup 7.5 ml 3 times a day. should i continue the imol syrup or any treatment to start.no cough or cold is there ,she is very active in her daily routine also.
