Fever from about 25 days

Asked for Male, 56 Years

My father had fever on 8th may which took almost a week to go after having medicines But the fever comes again and again till date Now situation is he become too weak from then Having cough Body temperature as on 31-june- 2018 was 103℉ Not liking and not eating food Feels like vomit when eat something We had done blood and inline tests Chest x ray Ultrasound of kidney liver bladder pancreas etc But we are not clear what is the problem and it's solution We have reports please give us solution
