Fever from 4days .Fever not controlling

Asked for Male, 9 Years

. Last week my son got constipation problem for that we used Magnesia milk syrup. After that the constipation problem cleared. Present he is having fever with head ache.Present My son has fever from 4days .I am giving paracetmol and Azithromycin 250 mg(one tablet per day) but it not controlled.Please give me some advice.

Any fever more than three days needs investigation. You can get RTPCR, cbc, CRP, sgot, sgpt and urinalysis. Meanwhile continue paracetamol. Keep your child well hydrated and nourished.
