Fever from 24 April
Hi Dr. Since last Saturday I was suffering from stomach disorder , Sunday I consulted my gynaecologist ,she gave medicine for five days. I got well, now on 24th April night I got 99 temperature since then I have isolated myself. I took Meftal 500 as I am allergic to Paracetamol and moxikind cv 625mg. Due to moxikind I got severe stomach pain , now I hv stopped taking mox but my fever is constant at 99/99.3/99.5. What medicine should I take now ? I am taking all precautionary measures related to covid . Although I don't have any other symptoms. Please suggest.
