  4. Fever for my kid. And cure?

Fever for my kid
Hi my kid is not well and the temperature is between 100 to 102 from morning..calpol currently we are giving.. with warm water we are wiping his body every hr. any precaution we need to take not to increase in temp. And cure ? Planning to visit our regular doctor 2moro morning.. please advise.
