Fever for last three days

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am having fever for last three days(103 degrees).I went to the doctor and they have given me dolo 650. But it is not coming down and they have not given any injection.What is the reason for this.any test has to be taken for this.give valuable suggestions

Hello there. Get a few tests like CBC, urine complete, MP, widal done. And review with reports. Or consult your physician again. Regards
