Morning onwards fever is there for my daughter.. 102.F. she look dull.. We given paracetamol syrup 250mg.. 5 ml Four time given form early morning 4am 10am 3pm 9

Please meet a pediatrician for physical check up as fever is high. Paracetamol may not solve the problem
