  4. Fever for 4days. Worried please guide!

Fever for 4days
My son 9months is having fever highest (101) was having running nose. We gave sumol drops (25 drops) when fever more than 100 and was given Maxtradrops (8-10 drops) Three times a day. Now after 3days fever keep on coming after 6hrs. Really worried please guide
