My 4 year old kid is taking his paracetamol and 2 dose of antibiotics but his fever doesnt stop even he just took his paracetamol

Antibiotic will take atleast 48 hours to take effect. As far as paracetamol is concerned, the dose may be lesser, or the fever may be very high. Also sponging after paracetamol helps bring down temperature faster
