Fever cough
I had a urti and got conjutivitis too alongwith it. i improved but still had some coughing. I got exposed to mould and fungus in a wet region which I visited. I slept on a cushion which had fungus/mould on it. After that night, I developed a very bad cough and cold. Sneezing, throat pain. And now from two days I have been having persistent fever. Which is over 100 always. As soon as I take paracetamol it lowers to 99 and in 3 hours the temperature is back to 100+ and I start to feel cold simultaneously. I have cough and congestion still. Suggest

Its a seasonal flu / viral flu.
Take Tab. monocef200mg 1*2 for 3 days for any superadded infection.
Tab. Calpol 1*2 for 3 days
Ta. Sinarest 1*2 for 3 days
Do gargling with hot water 5-6 times daily.
