Good morning . I understand your concern. The kid being unwell for a week is stressful. But the details u have mentioned is not sufficient. Can I know more about the kid ???
1) how much calpol syrup are you giving??
2) what type of cough it is??? I mean is it dry cough or it contains sputum???
3) if there is sputum what colour it is?
4) how fast the child is breathing per min??
5) have u taken an X-ray or a blood test?? If yes, please upload.
