Fever, cough & cold
From 3 days repeated fever. Cold and cough. Having severe coughing bouts . Giving crocin for fever and coscopin for cough. But no relief.

If No relief, it is better to review with your child specialist.. fever can take 5 days and cough , cold can even persists for 2 weeks sometime in this changing weather in small kids. But there should be no danger signs like difficulty breathing, poor oral intake.
Show to doctor , if he thinks , than few investigation might also be needed , if improvement
