If it’s responding well to paracetamol then you can take
Tab.DOLO 650mg for 6th hourly 1-1-1-1
Tab.ALLEGRA M once daily after food for cold
Tab.NEUROBION FORTE twice daily
If fever persists more than 3 days or not responding to paracetamol then visit nearby physician.
