Fever Congestion Body Ache
I am having fever and sinuses are blocked since yesterday. Also have bodyache. I am taking sinarest and Montek along with nasal drops.
Not sure what it is.

Assume 1 day history of fever with body ache and nose block is viral fever.any viral fever will last atleast 4-5 days it's difficult to say what type of viral fever it s without proper history and examination

continue medicines you are using at present for 3 days .If you are not relieved consult with your doctor who may suggest some tests ,if necessary
