Fever,cold and stomach pain
My child 5 year baby girl having fever due to cold and very little stomach pain it was from approximately since 2 days

Due to rainand weather change this could have happen. Give have paracetamol 250 syrup 2-3 times a day and syrup meftal spas for pain abdomen. Is there any other symptoms? This is most likely viral and will go away within 3 days. Give her ORS for dehydration.
