Fever and weakness
I have fever since wednesday, and it fluctuates between 99 to 100.8. With that i have weakness and muscle pain( not now)
I took Dolo 650, 3 times a day.
My fever still persists after 4 days, can you suggest

It's definitely time you got it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Some blood tests will also be needed.

I can understand your concern. As of now, you can take a tab. Zerodol-sp twice a day after food for 2 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
