Having fever and cold since past 2 days. Body Feeling cold due to the same. Presently giving dolo-650 to reduce fever and cetrizine. Also having cough, running nose and weakness. Having normal food. Advice medicine and dosage.

Hello without examination medicines cannot be prescribed upper respiratory tract infection should be ruled out do salt watet gargling atleast twice daily Consult physician for further evaluation and treatment. .
