You don't need stethoscope to analyse your child. Child face reading itself tells us how serious is the problem. Don't waste time in it just consult your pediatrician. Electronic stethoscope you may have but to interpret it's sound you need to spend 15year of life in medical college. Clinical judgement is most important than all this gazette. I hope you got the message. Sorry for harsh words.
