Fever and Stomach upset
My wife had 101 fever yesterday. Now fever is gone after consuming tablet Nilimide P, however some weakness and stomach upset is present. Color of stool is also changed. Morning vomiting sensetion was there and some fever is still present. Please guide. Thanks

You can continue with plain tab Dolo rather then Nilimide P. For stomach upset give tablet rantac 150mg twice a day before food . Stool color will improve .also give some anti emetic for nausea . I understood your concern  and noted the problem as well .I need to ask few more details to make a diagnosis and start treatment and advice which suits you.
