Fever and pain under eye.
I'm experiencing fever of 100.5 from past 2 days. I'm fully vaccinated. My main symptoms include fever, mild pain under both the eyes and body ache. I took dolo 650 few hours ago and still I have every symptoms that I mentioned. I was also covid positive in the month of March'21. Is this a viral fever or there's a possibility of being positive for covid-19?
