Fever and nose blocked without mucus

I am having fever from past two days and lots of sneezing I have taken few fever medicine and antibiotics but now my fever is gone but my nose is completely blocked due to which I am having difficulty in breathing and there is no mucus is coming out I have no cough in mouth but my nose is blocked
