  4. Fever and infection. Pain and body pain?

Dear doctor . I have fever from last 3days as today is fourth day . Having throat infection due to which I have fever . Body temp is not getting normal . It raises 99 to 101 degree F. What should I need further to go down my temp and throat pain and body pain?
