Fever started yesterday mrng , gave meftal p syrup twice and calpol once . also suffering frm loose motions need medicine for loose motions and any antibiotic if required. thank you

Hi mam Continue calpol for fever Start econorm sachet mixed in waterthree times for 3 days Give adequate fluids and soft diet If greenish or foul smelling stools with fever you can start antibiotics Consult your paediatrician if so
