Fever and joint pain after getting vaccinated. yesterday night I got rabies vaccination due to a dog bit and since this morning I had headache ,now with fever and joint pain

HELLO, AFTER VACCINATION THIS IS A COMMON PHENOMENON AGAINST VACCINE. TABLET DOLO650 HALF TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY ROUND THE CLOCK OR AS REQUIRED  GIVES YOU COMFORT BY GET RID OF ALL COMPLAINT. OF MORE, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN. O.K BYE.

Hi, Mild fever post vaccination are usually considered normal as part of body physiological response. You may take tablet paracetamol for fever and bodyache. If your fever and bodyache is severe or persisting then you should consult your physician and get evaluated for it.
