  4. Fever and headache. Help please!

Fever and headache
Constantly having fever and headache since yesterday , nose is running , yesterday I was feeling cold and after sleep ,today morning I was in state of fever . I took paracetamol in morning which give some relief for few time, now is in same condition. Help please
