Fever and dysentery for a week for my 2

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My 2 and half years old baby has fever and dysentry for a week. Consulted paediatrist and taking calpol 120mg 60ml suspension 5ml every 6hrs and lacfid powder for dysentery and promethazine syrup I.p 3ml 3times a day. But still now she has fever. Is calpol dosage correct? What shall we do further
