Fever and cough in girl child

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have girl child of 18 months .she is suffering from cough and cold. In x ray report both hillar shadow is prominent Otherwise lungs are clear.what does it mean . I am giving clavam and taxim forte and sinarest syrup. Is it plz suggest.
