Fever and cough

Asked for Male, 21 Years

From last 3-4 days i am facing problem due to cough and fever...there are frequent coughs and..fever also grips up but very slowly.. It takes fever from reaching 99F to 103 F 5-7 hours after taking Paracetamol I feel chills at 99F too..!! Please help
